Warning Please Do Not Use Sponend Tyres Coventry

I Recently Had 2 Tyres Fitted At Spon End Tyres In Coventry These Were Fitted And Tracked But Tracking Was Set Miles Off At Toe Out 5mm Instead Of Toe In 0.9mm Scrubbing Out 2 New Tyres In 8 Weeks A Member Of This Site Dsk Whos Uncle Runs This Garage Was Very Helpfull With This His Uncle Agreed A 50% Refund On The Tyres And Tracking Not Great But Better Than Nothing Until I Try And Redeem The Refund At Which Point Im Told Im Getting Nothing And Phone Is Put Down I Should Point Out Ive Used This Garage For 12 Years Over This Time They Have Expanded But Unfortunatley There Service Has Suffered When I Rang Back All I Recieved Is Threats And Abuse As I Say The Only Way These Companys Will Learn Is To Be Boycotted I Hope This Will Save Someone Else My Experiance My Thanks To Dsk Its Not His Fault As Its His Uncles Place Im Now Putting The Credit Card Payment Into Dispute And Contacting Trading Standards Thanks For Reading This
