Love the idea of "fourth places", "communities for meaning-making". The Commons seems like such a great example, seeing all the events + community makes me want to move to SF! Waiting for an NYC version / trying to find something similar here!
This was such a great read. I’m only a couple months into researching third spaces but I find myself deeply resonating with the difference between a place to be that’s not home and not work vs. a place to connect, build, grow, make meaning and memory. The latter I’m yet to see much of in my journeys but I’m hopeful and inspired that you and Adi are committed to something so important and beautiful.
